Today i found out when i go to the Dr. to see how my back is doing. I go on December 11th 12:30.

Well i don`t know when videos are going to be up. Maybe in a few months  When i have the time, Just keep checking in! Thank you! :D

Well had lots of pain today my Mom thinks my spine is twisting a little, not sure tho :( just pray the pain will go away so i can sleep tonight!

Me and my Dad have the Flu, i feel really bad :( and also nervous, i go to the Dr. in two months to see how im doing need lots a prayers!

well i have`nt had a lot of pain in a few days i guess thats good! :D

well i might have bad news, from looking at me from the front you can i was a little curved. I looked the other day and its A LOT  more curved! I had really bad pain the other day so i think thats when it got worse. I thinks it at at least a 31 degree curve now, hopefully not. :(

bad day

well I`m having a bad day with my back. It feels like growing pain mostly,(That`s how i did`nt know i had Scoliosis because i thought the pain was growing pain.) Anyway, Icey hot helps the pain somethimes.Pressure also helps a lot, At night i sleep with a pillow under my back the pressure helps keep the pain away. Try these things if you have it, they may help you!
